This paper reflects on and problematizes the formation and constitution of university teaching identity, based on the university decentralization process experienced by the University of Antioquia - Colombia. It is based on the analysis of teachers' trajectories and experiences in different territorial contexts. The methodological positioning is based on narrative biographical research, seeking to problematize the curricular prescriptions of the teaching profession, emphasizing, as an alternative, on body experiences and local knowledge.Downloads
