Based on the first results of the research project The oral performance of the operators of the Law developed by the Universidade Estácio FAP by students of Scientific Initiation who visited during the second half of 2018. The result presented here deals with the importance of performance in the exercise of the legal activity by the members of the technical defense in the Court of the Jury, collegiate institution that aggregates laymen in jurisdictional matters. In this sense, theatricality reaches even greater value in view of the fact that, in addition to defending their theses, the members of this body of jurors must understand the norm, the doctrine and the jurisprudence.References
