The 2008 Constitutional Reform in Criminal Matters modified the application of justice in Mexico. The transition between the inquisitorial system and the accusatory system oral resignified the practices of legal operators. Orality is the central axis of the new justice system. With orality as the axis, it is sought that the new system Be more guaranteeful and respect the human rights of the victim and the accused.Downloads
