Saint-Simonism and positivism in the early days of the labor movement in Brazil

This article analysis the influence that Saint-Simon ideas and the positivsm had in the beginning of the labor movement in Brazil. The study covers a period of time between the end of Brazilian Empire and the beginning of Republic in Brazil. The analysis is specially focused on the Saint-Simon whitewasher and reformist vision of the rapport between masters and works.Downloads
