Abstract

From the articulation between actual production administration technics, the idea that suports the human capital concept and the neoliberals politics, results an appropriation and reification of the workers' knowledge, and consequent precarization of them. This custom are covered by a discourse that pleat the competition as an evolution and the new customs as qualitative gains to the work's meaning, facilitating the collaboration of this workers.
