Abstract

The dossier “In addition to 'judicial activism' and 'judicialization of politics'” (organized by Andrei Koerner and Celly Cook Inatomi) explores, in the introductory article prepared by the organizers and in the ten articles that embody the dossier, the varied possibilities of analysis of the growing relevance of judicial institutions in Brazil (and elsewhere) and of the ways in which this expanded performance complements, overlaps, interconnects or opposes political activities.
