Abstract

The representation of the marginal and peripheral reality has been one of the most prominent themes in the Brazilian contemporary narrative. The most important of these narratives, which has the socially excluded as the significant part, is the locus (in addition of being geographical is also social and emotional space) from where the author speaks (place of enunciation), as well as its intention to create a space to promote the periphery culture. Therefore, the marginal literature falls into a movement with a broader cultural range, dragging behind it the voice of the periphery. This is the case of 1daSul movement, founded by Ferréz, and the other legitimate instances for the circulation of the marginal literary production. These different connection tools used by marginal authors to promote the circulation of their literary products are the subject of this discussion.
