Abstract
The articles, gathered here, indicate the most recurrent cuts in research since the 1980s. The history of sociology as a school discipline, in the period when it was taught in the 1920s and 1950s appears in the texts of Wanirley Guelfi, Simone Meucci, Flávio Sarandy. These are complementary articles, as they focus on different aspects of teaching during this period. The axes of modernity / modernization in the construction of Brazil stand out as guiding curricula and teaching sociology in the period studied.Downloads
