Abstract

Thinking education by the sensible encourages thinking about poetry and its ability to arouse emotions that reach the reason. This article aims to reflect how the language of poetry presents a voice that recreates the world in such a way that the reader fells it, making it his own world. According to the philosopher Aristóteles (2004), catharsis is the source of knowledge and the pleisure poetry excites, whereas in Paul Zumthor (2007), there is the presence of a poetic voice that establishes a bond with self reader. The link between the lyrical self expressed in the poetic voice and self reader provokes a new form of seeing the world, from a new knownledge. The poem “Um corpo sobre a areia”, by Leonardo Tonus (2018), provides ways of understading how the poetic voice becomes self reader voice who experiences and incorporates it, developing a new look by the newly felt emotion the contemporary world, analized here as the underworld. Besides that, the article briefly deals about the alterity and the intertextuality in Leonardo Tonus (2018).
