Abstract

This article discusses the concept of the modern Political Party from a reflection on Umberto Cerroni's work, "Political Party Theory", seeking to characterize the viability of an "alternative" path for the constitution of a transformative political party that does not resort to force or the armed path for the implementation of its political objectives.
