The concern of this article is to analyze the speech of a certain company. Its spokesman claims to have discovered "something revolutionary" in labor relations: "The politics of merits". He understands to be "your company" modern and efficient. However, when we analyze the work of F.W.Taylor, (Principles of Scientific Administration), confronting it with the working relationships in that company, it leaves us with the thesis that it would be a certain Taylorist recreation.Downloads
