Abstract
This number of mediations is launched when several protests are held in different European cities, called by various organizations, mainly linked to Human Rights. The target is the measures taken by the French government to expel hundreds of non-native people from its territory, on the grounds that they are a threat to French security and national identity. No exclusivity to this government. The United States, United Kingdom, Italy and other governments, discuss migration policies and “foreign” practices within their territories, generating controversies that indicate the complexity surrounding the subject of citizens' rights in the contemporary world.
