Prologue

Abstract

This issue of Mediações - Revista de Ciências Sociais - ends a year of significant editorial changes. The four-month period, inaugurated with the first issue of 2018, meant not only greater speed in the publication processes. Above all, we experiment and consolidate more objective and transparent editorial protocols, with the goal of developing high-level scientific dissemination and, consequently, raising the quality of intellectual production in Social Sciences.
