Call for papers - Dossier: Religious Subjectification: practices, representations and experiences (Mediações, vol. 29, n. 3 - 2024/3).

The present dossier aims to gather a set of articles that deal with ways of building religious subjects from devotional practices, disciplinary techniques, religious knowledge,and ethical-moral formation. Starting from the discussions around the subject produced in the field of Social Sciences, we invited researchers interested in constituting a space for dialogue and reflection around phenomena such as: collective ritual actions, public controversies, modes of disciplinary engagement, political mobilizations, etc., whose analysis it will serve as a subsidy for a broader problematization of the role played by religiosity in the production of consciousness and, therefore, in the construction of subjects in contemporary societies.

Call for papers will be open until July 15, 2024; unpublished texts will be accepted in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Contributions should be submitted through the journal's online system:
