Abstract

Considering the websites as a hybrid space, the objective is to present a multimodal analysis of the institutional site of Professor Portal (MEC), discussing the influence of the choices of your developer for the construction of meaning. It is theorized from the perspective of multiliteracies, the design, multimodality and hipermodalidade concepts to observe the culture of the developer, using multimodal analysis for categories of websites (PAUWELS, 2012) and categories of Lemke (2002): presentational, orientational, and organizational. Finally, it indicates that, through the choices of the site's features, administrators could give more autonomy to the teacheruser appropriating and reframing content and texts to establish greater interaction and broaden their pedagogical proposals.
