The pioneer of Brazilian modern dramaturgy is commonly attributed to Nelson Rodrigues. His distinct art is supported by a new language. In O beijo no asfalto this language evolves and reaches a synthetic form, with particular semantics, that loans to the character’s dialogues an absolute and precise constitution, revealing itself fundamental on the sense of reinforce the singularity of his writing. This work, other than observe the question above, searches to allude semiologics questions and exam, starting from the main character, which the author nominates the hero, the motive that makes him designate his work as a Carioca Tragedy.Downloads
