Abstract
The effect of a commercial formulation of the neem oil (azadirachtina) was evaluated in different stages of the biological cycle of the red mite of the paraguay tea Oligonychus yothersi (Acari: Tetranychidae). The formulation was shown efficient in the adults control, as well as it affected the fecundity of the females of the mite, however it didn't inhabited oviposition, when the leaves were treated with the product.
