The language of the act as a speech in the workplace

Abstract

This paper, which is based on the perspective of the ISD - sociodiscursive interactionism, we analyze the representations of an individual when placed in institutional spaces of work. Our corpus is made up of the transcript of recorded conversations during interactions between a seller of veterinary products and eight of its customers, and from it, it looks at the representations of the agent-producer on your work, why these representations and how they intervene and assist in the composition of his act. The analysis begin by identifying the representations of the social world and subjective effectively mobilized by it, describing how they manifest representations of the conditions of production of texts; are also presented from the textual aspects proposed by Bronckart (2003), the organization internal texts of the corpus, and are presented other considerations relevant to the analysis of the corpus, aiming to clarify the role of language as an instrument of expression of the various processes that constitute the action in the workplace, based on the theory proposed by Jean -Paul Bronckart and what was seized during the discussions favored by discipline "Gêneros do discurso: uma perspective para o ensino de línguas." It is concludec, among other things, that the representations of this work on the effect you hope to achieve on their customers reflect the collective action, rather than the constitution of their individual representations, which coincides and fits into the theory we have a basis.
