Abstract

This study presents the concept of human dignity and critical research positions related to its unserious use, and explains
the risk of emptying its substance. Likewise, this paper demonstrates that consumer basic rights are also personality
rights, and can be damaged immaterially. Utilizing the deductive method, this research examined moral patrimonial damage based on violations of consumer rights. Therefore, it infringes the constitutional principle of human dignity, which upholds accuracy when quantifying moral damages.
