Abstract

In the past two decades, research on humor has been growing and is gaining new advocates. Researchers from the most diverse scientific fields have been addressing issues related to humor, adding to the classical theories of Freud and Bergson, new approaches that focus on different aspects, either linguistic, sociological, historical, psychological or philosophical.

Loredana Límoli possui graduação em Letras pela Universidade de São Paulo (1981), mestrado em Ciências da Linguagem pela UNIVERSITÉ DE TOULOUSE LE MIRAIL (1985) e doutorado em Letras Assis pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1997).
