Abstract

The article analyzes the Brazilian Government proposal to become flexible the labor relations norms. Studies the Brazilian Norms about labor relations, investigating the historical, economic, and social factors that influenced in the creation of the institute from the flexibilization. It evaluates the favorable and contrary doctrinary positions to its adoption, as well as its compatibilization with Brazilian Constitutional Norm. Studies about the union entities position, who, by the governmental proposal, have the responsibility of negotiate the labor norms. It evaluates the Law Project nÂ° 5.483/2001, as well as the final text after his approval.
