Abstract

The Access to Information Act while consecration of Administrative Transparency Principle and instrument to help in the social control of public administration that seeks to give greater degree of legitimacy to the administrative activity is the subject of debate from the perspective of formal and informal tools social control that seek to shape the policy adopted by the government to the pursuit of the interests of society, of social control in public administration and forms of participation, collaboration and assessment administered in the administrative decision that contribute to the expansion of the degree of legitimacy and rationality in the activity administrative and Access information Act while recognizing the administrative Transparency Principle that has the ability to assist in the process of social control of public administration, by providing information necessary for subjects to participate in making administrative decision.
