Abstract

This work has the scope to identify the main assumptions which háincidência of police power in the Brazilian electoral process through the dejulgados analysis and the relevant legislation currently in force, especially in serefere the Brazilian Electoral Code , Law 4,737 / 65, always in line with osprincípios listed in the Federal Constitution of 1988 .
