This article examines the impact of digital culture on the independent publishing market, focusing on the Livraria Gráfica project, which explores innovative methods of book production and distribution through its debut title, Deus Deus. Founded in 2023 as a collaboration between Lote 42 publishing house and Casa Rex design studio, Livraria Gráfica embraces crowdfunding models, on-demand production, and artisanal techniques, thereby integrating traditional practices with the affordances of digital platforms. The project aligns with the independent publishing scene and the concept of bibliodiversity, seeking to diversify editorial production and resist against the standardization imposed by the large conglomerates and technology companies. The research concludes that Livraria Gráfica represents a form of cultural resistance capable of promoting diverse voices and critical thinking in contemporary literary and publishing fields by establishing dialogues between the production and the circulation of literature, the book circuit, independent publishing, and digital culture.
