Abstract

Intertextuality constitutes a very meaningful aspect for the contemporary studies of Literature, in as much as it makes a different approach of the literary phenomenon possible, taking into consideration the dialogue possibilities which take place among different works. In this study, the novels by Borges, “Biografia de Tadeu Isidoro Cruz” and “O fim” are analyzed via an intertextual approach alongside the work by Hernández, Martín Fierro, taking into main consideration the studies of Bakhtin, Kristeva and Jenny.
