This text deals with the translation of elements of Bahian cuisine, in the novel by Jorge Amado Dona Flor e seus Dois Maridos, into Spanish, English and French. The aim is to verify how the dishes, the ingredients and the way of preparing the recipes are transported to the target languages, seeking to detect possible changes that may distort the historical-anthropological-cultural trajectory of the constitution of our people, so easily noticeable through cooking.Downloads
