Patrimonialisation of oral narratives and the debate on individual and collective rights

By proposing the documentation of the memory and cultural heritage of the ABC region by means of recording life story narratives of its inhabitants, guided by oral history techniques, the ABC Memory Research Center of the Municipal University of São Caetano Sul (IMES) faces a series of citizens' rights. Therefore the objective of this work is to reflect on the heritage of speech narratives and on individual and collective rights that constitute the cultural heritage.
