The job fronts are being implemented by the public administration as social public policies but they are in total disagreement with the Aristotelian ethics, going against the three accomplishments: to have material goods, pleasure, and moral and intellectual excellence, necessary to reach utmost happiness which is the citizens’ common benefit. In fact, these public policies are illegal and immoral forms of hiring workers by the public administration for personal rendering of services, by means of the payment of daily wages, in disagreement with article 37, II and § 2 of the Magna Carta and mainly with Aristotle’s ethical rules. The implementation of these employment public policies does not lead to the utmost benefit nor to the citizens’ happiness, for the man transforms himself into a disposable object in the capitalist system.
