Contração de ferida na pele do gato, na região do flanco estudo experimental

No presente experimento, seis gatos, SRD, com idade entre 1 a 3 anos, foram submetidos à excisão da pele da região flanco direito, após demarcação da área a ser excisada por meio de oito pontos de tatuagem; quatro pontos de tatuagem nos cantos e os outros quatro nos pontos médios do sítio a ser excisado. Foram realizadas medidas das bordas das feridas a cada 5 dias para observação do processo de mobilização. A média da área das feridas contraídas nos seis animais aos 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 e 25 dias, foram respectivamente -13 72-8,78; 5,57; 2,71; 1,20 e 0,55. Ocorreu significativa redução da área em cm2 até o 209 dia após a realização das feridas.
