This research paper examines the notion of statusactivus processualis and the possibility of its exercise in ascenario marked by jurisdictional dualism proceduralism versussubstantialism. To this end, we study briefly the main featuresof the theories and proceduralist substantialist in order to designthe process as an indispensable body of participation andinclusion of substantial parts. It was used for the developmentof this research, the inductive method, operated by the techniquesof operational concepts and literature.Downloads
