This article proposes rethinking the social condition of the worker front of economic globalization, and about the protection of standards labor when opposed to the interests of capital. For this talk will be on globalization and eco- nomic liberalism, developing a brief analysis of these henomena and their impli- cations in world of work. Then perform will be a discussion directed at quest for realization of the democratic rule of law, making override the principle of human dignity and social value work in the global economy.
