Abstract

The present study subject concerns the prosecution and the Constitution , precisely on the control of the constitutionality of legal rules for this desoberania organ in the two most representative countries of the international community of Portuguese delíngua nations , with greater emphasis on the current system in the Lusitanian right , to detrazer , although it seems pretentious , small contribution to a valid acquisition eprofícua , as it is agreed to say in comparative law.
