Abstract

The aim of this paper is to discuss the active legitimacy in bringing daPeople Procces , through the term citizenship analysis , whose content was percebidoesvaziado used narrowly , especially at election time and infra emlegislação , specifically in Law No. 4717 of 29 June 1965 , which regulates the Popular Action . Citizenship embraced by current ConstituiçãoBrasileira had its expanded content and is not restricted to the simple fact possuirum voter , but with the exercise of popular sovereignty , democracy , aisonomia and dignity of the human person .
