Abstract

Checks the possibility of carrying out a control of government actions ( policies ) by the judiciary. It introduces the concept of políticaspúblicas . Related public policies with administrative principles. public social Definepolíticas . Displays times ( preparation, implementation , evaluation) that can occur to any judicial control. Focuses on the study of dapossibilidade judicial control in the execution phase of a pública.Relaciona policy contrary and favorable positioning control exercise judicial. Concludes it is possible that control of the Judiciary on atosgovernamentais , provided there is interdependence between the powers eresponsabilidade by the judiciary.
