Abstract

This study aims to discuss the concept of law considering its ontological aspects, logical and ethical. Addresses specifically the different conceptions of Brazilian authors such as Miguel Reale, Paul Nader, Tertius Sampaio Ferraz Jr., Paulo Dourado Gusmao and Lourival Vilanova, in an attempt to recognize that the perspective adopted by each of these authors in its concept of law.
