Construction and calibration of a platinum thermometer studied between 77 and 300 K are described. An Allen
Bradley and a Speer carbon thermometers and a Texas Instruments germanium thermometer behaviors and calibrations between 0.3 and 25 K are also described. They were applied in the specific heat measurements.
