Abstract

This paper presents a methodology to evaluate medical equipment purchasing proposals which take into account several factors involved in the process. An objective and clear evaluation of the purchasing proposals is achieved by considering cost, performance and ergonomics factors, in due weights as suited to the purchaser´s needs and/or possibilities.

Graduado e Mestre em Engenharia Elétrica pela FEEC/UNICAMP. Especialista em Engenharia Clínica pelo CEB/UNICAMP. Docente do curso de Engenharia Elétrica do CTU/UEL e Coordenador do Programa de Engenharia Clínica no Hospital Universitário de Londrina – HURNP/UEL. Doutorando na FEEC/UNICAMP/pelo Depto. de Eng. Biomédica. Linhas de Pesquisa são Engenharia Clínica e Instrumentação Biomédica.
