This study is a’ about reading as an open behavior. Reading behavior can be influenced by domestic and school atmospheres. The aims of this study were a) organize technical instruments to detect the variables that can influence reading behavior; b) analyzes these variables in nursing students; and c) contribute to. the study of reading behavior. The results showed what instruments are reliable and identified characteristics of reading behavior in nursing students.
