Abstract

The present work aims at to demonstrate the formation of the State through a rationalistic theory, that it is the one of the social contract, considering Hobbes, Locke and Rousseau, the evolution in that way of State to the current model, justifying the crisis that is now then and which the paper of the regulation of the economical activity for the decrease of the effects of the same.
