This article analyzes the principle of adaptability tothe demands of the procedure involved, created by Italiandoctrine, which has been gradually disseminated among Brazilianscholars. Analyzes, therefore, the Brazilian judicial systemregarding the procedure and powers of the judge in the processdirection.
