Abstract

It is intended to demonstrate the importance oflawfully protecting the professional soccer player image, bothin Brazilian law as internationally, in the face of technologicaladvances that lead to situations of risk to human personality, aswell as research on the possibility of availability of the rightpersonality. The problem is that the availability of this rightthrough the license agreement to use image, usually back uponly to the economic aspect of the person themselves, not forthe value of the human person. Looking to get a new dimensionthat right centered on the principle of human dignity as a valueguide and supreme principle of law.
