Abstract

In a world that follows, wantonly, consumerist tendencies that man forgets even how to keep your own life, witness scholars from all over raising their voices in favor of radical changes in our rate of consumption and production, and making us realize that the world around us need to go back to being healthy so I can live. Arises in these studies a mechanism called carbon credit trade, despite contrary opinions, it may assist both countries with high pollution rates as in development countries.
