Abstract

This study explores the concept of public services – both in consumer and supplier aspects – in order to better discuss the possibility of applying the consumer law in the provision of public services and in the figure of the State as a consumer. For this purpose, this paper utilized literature review and the inductive logical model in order to discuss the results of this work.
