Abstract

This paper addresses the difficulty of proving judicial moral harassment in the work environment, aiming to find a solution to abolish harassment and make reparationfor victims. For this purpose, will be analyzed the work environment, personality rights, moral harassment and the burden of proof in the labor process, based on theoretical and descriptive research, approaching the subject through the deductive method, presenting as a conclusion the proposal to enable the reversal of the burden of proof in proving moral harassment.
