Abstract

Related studies on legal interpretation to investigations concerning daontologia and gnoseology values, the logical structure of the rule of law and dapragmática legal standard. It concludes that the task of legal interpretation is umato complex that should be practiced by the jurist in a dogmatic aliadaa a non- dogmatic , leading to systematic studies queconsidere the semantic fields , syntactic and pragmatic legal standard.
