Abstract

This study , based on the inductive method , carried out by pesquisabibliográfica and case study examines the procedure and effectiveness of controleexterno the Legislature exerts on the accounts provided annually peloExecutivo under the Municipal Public Administration. Points out the críticasdoutrinárias to control efficiency . As a result of the research it was found quea relevant legislation to the subject and practice of this control have been ineffective , encouraging corruption and impunity .
