Abstract

Examines the use of cameras as a means of monitoring the activities of employees in the workplace, as well as its vital functions linked to health, safety and protection. Notes the application of the general principles of monitoring, repudiating the indistinct use the "psychological cameras," the violation of privacy and privacy. It is tolerable as long as employees are aware of your order and location and that is the least intrusive means. Its violation can give rise individual moral, collective and bullying. As for recordings such can be used as evidence unless they do not meet the requirements exposed. Finally, it prioritizes regulatory standards to control the use of cameras and the search for a harmonious working environment, ie, productive and healthy for the employer to the employee. Method was used deductive with library research in law and health works.
