Abstract

The relationships developed in the workplace are changed due new production processes, generating harmful consequences to physical health and mental of workers, with damage to the dignity and identity expressed mainly through bullying. In this sense, the goal this study was to bullying and the measures and procedures adopted to prevent it. The phenomenon, although old, spent be debated today, since its consequences, always negative, end up denigrating the work environment, impacting on health, social life and family of the worker and the business sector. Thus, before the how quickly this harm has been developing in the workplace, it is necessary to create mechanisms that allow a modification faster legislative, as well as to focus on prevention policies, aiming to minimize this wicked conduct.
