The concept of law (in its logical aspect) applied to the Brazilian economic law (material aspect)

Abstract

The concept of law in its logical aspect houses the possibility of the concept of universality, to show a universalizing formal parameter to be completed in accordance with the interests and customs of every social order. It is the structural basis that necessarily must pre-exist the construction material right to be structural reference due to be the legal sciences to be unswerving content then the material aspect of law. This article is intended a priori to endorse the universal logical concept of law as its fundamental structure ('what is') to, later on enjoy the legal constraints ('what') originated from space, Brazil, and time since 1988. by that definition spacetime, will be addressed the material aspect of the law, noting that the contributions content that nuclear references formal concept universalized were able to build for the benefit and guidance of the right stuff.
