Abstract

This article reconstructs the distinction between rules and principles as species of standards in the work theory right philosopher Robert Alexy fundamental rights. It emphasizes the distinction from the aspect of normative antinomy, applying the thought of Alexy in the rules of conflict resolution and collision principles into concrete chances.
